Hostess & Dance Count | Norwich

We’re looking for a confident, well-presented and organised Hostess / Dance Count to join our nightlife team at Entice Norwich. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of our Private dance area, ensuring guests feel welcome and performers are supported behind the scenes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📝 Dance Count Monitoring

• Track private dances completed by performers throughout the night
• Maintain accurate records for performer payouts and event review
• Monitoring CCTV of all dancers to ensure they are safe and compliant whilst they perform
• Communicate clearly with floor staff and management to ensure smooth operations

👋 Guest Hosting & VIP Support

• Serving drinks in VIP
• Assist with VIP guest enquiries and maintain a friendly, upbeat atmosphere
• Support VIP service and liaise with bar and floor teams

💄 Presentation & Professionalism

• Maintain a smart and stylish appearance throughout each shift
• Act as an ambassador for the Entice brand with charm, confidence, and discretion

• Part-time | 14–28 hours/week
• Weekends only
• Evening & night shifts
