Key Responsibilities:

• Serving Customers: Take orders, serve drinks and provide friendly, efficient service to every customer.
• Preparing Drinks: Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
• Customer Service: Create a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Keeping the Bar Organised: Help maintain a clean, tidy and well-stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Working as a Team: Support your colleagues and work together to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Following Procedures: Follow licensing, health and safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service requirements.
